Capturing the essence of tropical modernism, this luxury family residence appears to float above the landscape in a manner reminiscent of iconic modern homes in Los Angeles. The design emphasises the landscaping elements as it seamlessly integrates with its surroundings.
A dramatic pool serves as a visual centrepiece to the house, while the basement level incorporates a car park and multi-purpose recreation room. The first storey features an expansive column free space that is designed as a communal space capable of hosting large family gatherings.
